Who these apply to

These terms cover this website and Garnet Studio, the client portal at /portal that our clients use to review scheduled content, send us files and messages, and connect social media accounts. Your service agreement with Garnet Digital Marketing governs pricing, deliverables and anything else these terms don't cover.

Your account

Portal accounts are created by us for our clients. Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You're responsible for what's done under your login.

Content you send us

You keep ownership of the photos, videos and other material you upload. You give us permission to store, edit and publish that material on the accounts you connect, for the purpose of providing our services. Only upload material you have the right to use, including permission from anyone who appears in it and licences for any music.

Connecting social accounts

When you connect a TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or X account, you authorize Garnet Studio to publish content scheduled on your calendar to that account. Each platform's own terms still apply to your account and your posts, including the YouTube Terms of Service. You can disconnect at any time in the portal or in the platform's settings. After that we can no longer post for you.

Scheduling and approvals

We aim to publish at the scheduled time. However, platforms can delay, reject or limit posts, and they change their rules and APIs. We aren't liable for a post that fails or is delayed for reasons outside our control. We'll tell you when something doesn't go out as planned. When a post needs your approval, it won't publish until you approve it or tell us to go ahead.

Acceptable use

Don't use the portal to upload unlawful, infringing or harmful material, to try to access other clients' data, or to interfere with the service.

Ending access

We may suspend portal access when a client relationship ends or if these terms are broken. You can ask us to delete your data at any time. See data deletion.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
