Remove access to a social account

In the portal: sign in at /portal, open Social accounts and press the × next to the account. Its stored access tokens are deleted right away.

On the platform: you can also revoke access there.

• Facebook and Instagram: Facebook Settings → Security and login → Business integrations. Remove "Garnet Studio".
• TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions.
• X: Settings and privacy → Security and account access → Apps and sessions → Connected apps.
• YouTube / Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Delete everything

To delete your Garnet Studio account, including uploaded files, messages, schedules and all connection data, send a request through our contact page from the address on your account. We'll confirm, then delete it within 30 days. Posts already published to your social accounts stay there. Delete those in the platform itself.
